Sexout TTW encounters can't be added

I've been trying to install Sexout TTW encounters with NMM but for some reason NMM can't find the esp file when the drop down menu next to the file name box says mod files. when I change it to all files the file sexoutTTWencounters.esp appears but when I try adding it the download manager says that it can't be added the same thing happens when I try and install smaller talk so that I can install Sexoutsex 1.3 it also happens with SexoutRex TTW Edition Version Dogmeat.

Are you trying to add straight esps? or rar/zip files?

Straight esps because that's what I got when I downloaded them

Edit: would puttin each esp into a zip file work?
