Omg how to i get this mood let gone for good. My sim is maxed out for all the sex traits and still his wife gets this like why??

There may be other things that contribute, but I've usually seen that appear if one of the Sims has the 'Selfish Lover' trait.

If not that, you can try adding the 'Generous Lover' trait.

Is the wife attracted to the sim in question?  Should be easily seen under the relationship details, from the wife's perspective.
