sims 4 cc Peen mod skeleton issues, which mod works?

I've tried 4 different penis mods so far, and every time I try a new one I remove the old one, but this happens to all of them and I can't seem to find one that works.
It sticks to the left leg when standing normally, and when using poses it does whatever alien stuff it feels like.

Unsure what is causing this, I tried to remove the localsimtexturecashe.package already, I do have some skin textures installed in all fairness but I mostly read that was for the "Black untextured penis issue", which I have another mod for that does color the penis in other textures anyway, I am yet to find a solution for this issue.
