NEW NSFW MOD ON GAMEBANANA! This one's called Undergoon, and replaces the Temmies, Snowdin Shopkeeper, BunBun NPC, and other various monsters with, admittedly exaggerated sprites. It's not really my thing, but the sprites are well made, so somebodies bound to like it.

Didn't work unfortunately. I've noticed that a fresh data.win file still opens perfectly fine. I have changed how I've been importing the sprites, using an extracted download of the entire game, and editing sprites one by one, to use the importgraphics script when I'm done. This does create a few new spritesheets, which I thought could be the issue, but I've also had way more spritesheets than that before, and had it work fine, so I don't know. I can't find anyone else ever posting about this issue. I'd really appreciate someone smarter than me taking a look, because I have no idea what to do.

Also, for @losstie27 and @none named user, your names are credited in the CREDITS.txt file, and in the in-game credits of the mod. I haven't added your sprites in yet, but I will in future builds.

Awesome! Cool to finally see this get to a playable state. Which of my sprites were you planning on using? You're obviously free to use any of them, I just don't remember making anything specific. I love the work you put into gender variation mechanics. That's such a cool addition, and I'd love to work with you on getting it fully implemented into my Undertale mod when I figure out how to fix it, if you're interested.

1. I was planning on using your nude/lewd sprites of Sans, Doggo, Scarf Mouse, Rabbit Kid, and Asgore, I might use your nude sprites of Alphys, Dogamy, and Dogaressa as well.

 

2. I'm definitely interested in working with you to implement those gender variation mechanics. If I'm able to successfully do that with Froggit (See: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/249529-undertaledeltarune-nsfw-mods/page/7/#findComment-7103248), then I'm pretty confident that I can do the same with the rest of the gender-ambiguous monsters that you encounter. I could also try to help implement an extra in-game menu that allows you to change the sprites of gender-ambiguous NPCs and Frisk into Undertale.

I managed to make a small custom edited cutscene for chapter 1 using UndertaleModTool. Warning though, it's very much hyper, like her ass and build in general is comically large, so big big warning if you aren't into that.

 

I'm planning to make a more reasonable size for her in the near future though, but don't click the link or look at the spoilers if you don't know what hyper is. Also the dialogue is a incredibly vulgar and probably a little gross to a lot of people so there's that too, sorry .

I didn't draw kris naked but I did give them a big (probably hyper) bulge, it's nowhere as egregious as the toriel proportions though so I won't spoiler it.

Here's a more reasonably sized and clothed sprite for Toriel (with more shading), did a naked version too. Thoughts? I want to try and nail down a design before I start animating/doing directions.

 

I'm thinking about making a full chapter (even if it's short), where it's a fully lewd au, where kris' cock grows with his level or something, but I'm not sure how I would turn everything lewd (e.g. alphys classroom scene before dark world, the legend) and if I should genderbend some characters for Kris to have sex with (e.g. King spade, Ralsei). I'm also not sure about how I should do sex scenes, like if sex would be in battle mode or just in the overworld. Let me know if people have any ideas.

Yes, I will update that specific upload if I do nude mods for Chapters 2-4, especially since I want to carry over a modded settings menu that allows you to change the gender of gender-ambiguous characters between chapters
