I'm searching for a Skyrim SE mod that automatically activates Fortify Sneak potions every time their magic timer runs out

As I said in the title I need something that automatically refreshes Stealth potions every time one of them runs out. I've seen mods that effect health, stamina and magicka potions but nothing for skill based potions.
