will you add more to this mod? like any quests or anything

No, the only thing I'd still do is bugfixes for anything that might come up. Otherwise, I regard this mod as complete.

I hadn't paid attention to this before, but Whiterun and Riverwood has the most wives and lovers characters in Skyrim. Then I came up with this idea, The Whiterun NTR Brothels. So how about changing every day the prostitutes? For example, Gerdur and Hod come to the Brothels. Gerdur has prostitution and Hod has sex with PCs. Camilla Valerius is prostituting on days when Faendal, Sven and Lucan Valerius come to the Brothels.

Just for your information,

I tried installing the mod, but I need the devious arena.esp, otherwise no orc, and no entrance.

Hi. devious arena.esp is not required. The business opens at 11:00 a.m.  Orc will be coming to work at that time.

Hello, I got a little problem. There is no entrance but there is an orc. I don't run any city overhaul mods, and have installed all the requirements.  I can talk to the orc, but I'm not let in, nor is there a door to click. Its just a wall, with the orc standing beside it. There is no banners either. Just a wall

Lovely mod.

It has something i've been looking for a longer time. I love that you can get yourself locked into the furniture and get money for it. And as an extra, there is no forced sex in it. I'd love to see more locations like this. Have you any planned for the future or was it a one-time only?

Besides that, a dumb question, but what are the opening (and closing) hours of that place? You said 11 am is opening (post above me), but when does it close?

Hi. Me too the wall entrance does not display, But if you dialogue with Orc asking "May I enter?" you can enter. Business hours open from 11:00 a.m. to next day 2:00 a.m. Well, other prostitution mods can work 24 hours a day, so it's inconvenient.

checked it, you are correct, the orc shows up, but no banner. That got me confused.

Thanks much for the kind feedback, everybody!

@gdfll @DoroLL Thanks for pointing out the missing banner. I will (eventually) upload a standalone textures+meshes pack for this mod -- as soon as I can gather the courage to go through each of the items in the .esp and figure out which files from Ebonitium I actually used. :weary:

You might want to add that gag dialogue suppression faction to NPCs.

Thanks, good idea! I'll do that.

That was my original plan -- before I realized how much time it took to set up even one city. I'm afraid it's going to remain a one-time thing. I'm just glad that I started in Whiterun which is so conveniently located on the map. ;)

Same problem.  No overhaul mods installed.  Orc is there, and does have the dialogue option to hit, "May I enter?".  However, once I do, nothing happens.  He just restarts the dialogue and my character isn't transported anywhere.

My case. Mods that may affect the display of Whiterun.

Cleaned Skyrim SE Textures.
Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM.
Simple Player Homes Improvements.
Fixed Mesh Lighting.
Relighting Skyrim SE.
You Hunger SE.

Total mods active 265. Massive mods may source problems.

I don't have any of those.  I DO have Elianora's Breezehome Overhaul, JK's The Bannered Mare, and Populated Cities, but after uninstalling them, the Orc NPC still won't teleport me to the brothel.

Now, I do have a massive mod loadout.  So honestly, at this point, I don't really know how to go about troubleshooting with the Orc won't teleport my character.

None of those are installed for me, nor the other ones listed above. Only things i have that affect the world are BS Bruma and one that puts a building outside Solitude. I formerly had bondage world installed, but that was disabled for months.

Hi. Are you using any mods to change the npc's AI?

p.s. My experience with Fallout 4. The Red Rocket truck stop mod once caused problems in Boston.

Other than Sexy adventures, nope. And that isn't automatically enabled at the start of a new save, which is what i've been using for each attempt

Hi and sorry for the delayed replies while I had a few pretty busy days.

I'm afraid I can't explain this issue either. All that the "let me in" dialogue does is fire a "player.moveto" command and start the brothel's update loop which handles the guests' leaving and arriving and their interactions in the brothel.

The banner not being visible outside is only a cosmetic issue (probably I forgot to package a file) and cannot have any impact on how the mod works. There is no actual door there at all (the banners are only there to obscure the absence of an actual door). I did it this way so I wouldn't have to edit Whiterun's NavMesh -- in other words, this mod should (in theory) be compatible with all Whiterun city overhaul mods (excluding Open Cities!)

The mod also doesn't use any vanilla NPCs (they are all look-alike clones), so it shouldn't conflict with any mods that change the vanilla NPCs (like AI Overhaul, which I use myself).

No worries, and thanks for the reply!  Yeah, I really don't know what the heck it could be.  My Whiterun is pretty Vanilla, but I did post some of the mods earlier that do change Whiterun.
I DO know it's not an issue with my character not being able to use the "player.moveto" command as I was messing around with some quests mods last night and they did work.

In response to DoroLL, I do have some mods that change some AI, depending on the NPC.  Like relationship mods, as well as some other prostitution/sex mods.

It's just strange because the dialogue for the Orc/Brothel Guard appear to be exactly what they should be.  There's no dialogue that seems to exist because of other mods.  He has two lines - one where you can kinda ask about the brothel, and another that's supposed to teleport you.  It just doesn't teleport my character.

Thanks for sending more details. This one is confusing as hell, especially as it seems to happen only in your game (at least as far as we know). I'm fairly sure that we can safely rule out any city overhaul mods or even dialogue adding or -altering mods. Anything that doesn't outright remove the "Let me in" dialogue option should be compatible.

Something must prevent the dialogue topic fragment script to fire after speaking to the orc, though I have no idea what that could be or how that might be even possible!

The topic fragment consists of only two very basic lines:

DBR_MasterScript QS = GetOwningQuest() as DBR_MasterScript

QS.WhiterunEnterBrothel()

The called function (WhiterunEnterBrothel) has the MoveTo command in it (alongside some other simple stuff to start the brothel NPCs schedules). The only possible reason that I can think of is that the alias for the MoveTo marker didn't fill in your savegame.

Can you run the console command "sqv DBR_Master" and scroll through the output? Somewhere in the list there should be an alias named "GoToWhiterunInt". Can you check if that reads "NONE" in your console output of the sqv command?

It seemed as if Chinook75 was having the same or a very similar problem.  With the Orc NPC showing up, but not teleporting 'em.

Nope, it doesn't.  It displays to the right an 8-digit hex code just like the majority of the rest that the console printed out.  The only things marked "NONE" are all unrelated, (like Contraption and SexLabFollower.)

I'm so perplexed.  I started a new character to test it while turning some mods off and on.  I've gone through any mods that I could think of that would be even remotely in the ballpark of what would be causing this malfunction.

Now just for testing purposes I did see if I could teleport my character to the brothel itself using console commands and I was able to.  The NPC scripts were clearly not running, as you mentioned would happen in the mod description.  The exit NPC wasn't able to teleport me out from the brothel, either, but since the scripts weren't running I don't know if that has any bearing on the problem at hand.  After testing I then reloaded a previous save as to not screw anything up even more.  Which, like you said, just leaves me confused as hell.

Mod Update!

Version 1.0, the mod is now final.

Changes since last upload: Removed a few accidental ITM records.

Safe to update in a running game (though there's no real benefit from it, either).

@Crystal2606 @Cursedtoy

I double checked the setup of the Orc guard at the entrance and still can't find any plausible explanation why he shouldn't show up for you (and possibly others). Based on its mod description, I also can't think of any reason how the mod Properties Without Pestering could possibly interefere here (but I'm glad that it fixed the issue for you). The Orc a very simple vanilla NPC with minimal factions and packages. Essentially, he spends his nights and mornings in the Drunken Huntsman and then stands guard at the brothel entrance the rest of the day. (That's when you can talk to him and he'll teleport you into the brothel; he won't do that when he's off duty).
