While I can't say it was the best Souls-like I've ever beaten, the game does have a lot of waifus in the form of NPCs, enemies, and bosses. So I did some digging to see what could be done about nudifying them all. And what I discovered is they all have mostly similar models with slightly different proportions. I found that Trokka has the most geometry under her clothing, with almost all of her entire body being there except for two holes around her hips. I overlapped her nude model with Elamein to see how comparable their bodies are and it's almost a perfect match. There are a few differences though, such as Elamein having slightly thicker legs, a thicker neck, and no nails. But perhaps someone could stitch together a nude mod for a few of the more popular characters. Once you add textures and shading to it I bet it would look pretty good.

I don't have any actual modding experience unfortunately, I just know how to extract models and view them in blender.

Also, did ya'll see what Nexon did? They released some pack with gear and cosmetic items -> temporarily. The cutoff to "own the game and launch it (with internet)" was literally before the current sale started. Disgusting. I was really gonna buy this game but when I saw that, I'm gonna just... not. Not until someone comes with a mod or cheatengine thing to get the pack regardless.*

 

*People did it with a "screw you" to Capcom over Dragon's Dogma 2, so I believe they'll most certainly do it now.

Straight up: if you don't currently have it, then you cannot get it. 

 

I'm not sure why this is related. The female model is not part of Pathfinder package.  As far as the current mod (great mod btw) concerned, the nude body will be covered if any armor is equipped.

I don't think "other means" will even cut it. Its not a DLC on SteamDB that you can just unlock. You had to have played the game while connected to the internet before 6/26 to have the stuff delivered to your mailbox next time you log in. Maybe you could mod it in or spawn it with CE or something. But normal DLC unlocking won't do any good.

I think you confused with the free DLC with "Pathfinder pack". The latter is limited you have to purchase it early on, and launched the game. The free DLC is more like a patch. Yeah, it doesn't include the female version. You can get that regardless of the "thank you pack" because it isn't part of it.

Although, most people are upset due to some other weird reasons, some people are whining about the time gated pack.

 

At the end of the day, if you release a "thank you pack" to people who bought your game, you don't time gate it. That's some disgusting behavior coming from Nexon. Also, why are you defending it? Because it doesn't harm you? 

 

Look at Dad of Boi 2: Raggy Rocks -> they released some "thank you pack" in the form of armor that's exclusively cosmetic -> and they didn't time gate it. 

Look at Space Marine, not 2 -> they gave out a free "anniversary" update if you owned the game -> and if you get the game today, you're not screwed over and put in a position where "oops, no anniversary update for you!"

Look at Witcher 3 with a whole bunch of free cosmetic outfits. Also some Gwent cards got some alt appearances.

 

I'd think of more examples off the top of my head, but like, why do I need to talk about this let alone prove anything?

 

Here's Nexon using FOMO and toxicity to... do what exactly? 

This behavior of theirs strictly works for their free to play MMO - DnF aka DFO - but it certainly doesn't work here -> and if we let it slide, it is rewarding bad behavior.

I think the issue is not that it's timed. They used the free DLC and cosmetic pathfinder pack to lure in people purchasing the game, only to find out the game went on sale right after their purchases. Depending on the region, the price drop can be quite significant, like 50%, since they also drop the full price in some regions, despite the 20% discount across all regions. The meager "gift" is not worth the price difference.

I know, I was responding to someone talking about the timed DLC, not the free female one.

Those that say if I wanted it, I would have purchased already. Nah. I have almost 3k games on steam. Really bad move devs.

Uhhh no?  I bought the game during the Summer Sale and I am playing as the female version.  The pre-order bonuses are no longer available, I think that's what the person above is complaining about.

The female DLC is NOT related to the timed Pathfinder pack. I'm not sure why people keep saying that. They announced both in the same trailer/Steam post but they are NOT related. The female skin is available to anyone right now. The Pathfinder pack was the timed DLC you can no longer get.
