The image will remain blurry after leaving vault 111

I'm currently playing Fallout London, but I decided to check out Boston. So I moved with the command coc vault111ext. When I moved to the exit/entrance of the vault, I noticed that there was a strange black semicircle at the entrance, so I wanted to investigate it. After entering the hatch, the exit animation from the vault started and the image was blurry and lost quality. Unfortunately, it remained that way even when I loaded older saved games. Only when I change characters, the image is normal again. Also when I'm lockpicking. Does anyone know how to fix this ?
