[Request] Mod idea - SL Events!

Just throwing an idea out there, if anyone is willing they can use it however they like.

So, we have all these mods that add a lot of SL-related stuff to the player Followers. Then we have the mods that add SL-related quests. We even have a mod or two that alter your city experience.

However, we dont have any mods that focus on the random events that you get while on the road! Shure, there is Babo Dialogue, but it doesnt focus on these events, it just uses them as a part of a framework.

What I'm proposing is a mod that adds SL Road Events exclusively, like that annoying one, going to a wedding, or the refugees that you constantly meet (once I had a funny bug where I was seeing an Afflicted refugee every few meters if I didnt talk to him). We can have all kinds of events - a bandit ambush where the player is knocked out, or some troll/werewolf/whatever forces itself on the female hero, or DD-related events, it doesnt even have to be the player whos getting the spotlight in them, you can have some random npcs getting the SL treatment too. You can look at any mod that we have here and think - hmm, what if this would happen in the wilderness? - and have an event ready.

So, here, an unrefined idea, use it however you like, but it would be really cool if we had more events happening on the road. I mean, we already have some non-SL themed mods on nexus that do that, why dont we have those?

Care to help finding any? I think pretty much all that I've seen are limited to cities or followers.

Look here, It has more than just sexlab mods but maybe you can see if there is something you're looking for. It's categorized with armor/clothing, followers, animations, SE/LE deleted mods, but you can look and determine what's to your tastes.

Finally got the time to look through the list. It is exactly as I said - not a single one of them takes the system that provides you with encounters while on the road and adds some more of their own. There are mods that put independent caravans like the Khajit, there are mods that add background characters in specific places, but not a single one that adds new events on the road. So yeah, the idea is still out there to whoever feels like trying it.

 

P.S.: Ok, there is one mod that does what I described - Babio Dialogue - but then it is extremely glitchy and prone to breaking, so heres that.

Thanks for the effort, but those arent SL-themed.

Populated Skyrim - this is exactly the kind of mod that I don't like. It just adds a bunch of static NPCs that dont do much, and the travelling NPCs are just Khajit-type caravans.

Extended Encounters - and this is exactly the type of mod that I had in mind when talking about new events on the road. If ouly someone could make something similar but with SL-themed events, that would be just great.

Pair it with SL Defeat and you'll have all the SL encounters you'll ever want. And then some.

Not the same thing, and having a character that loses to everything is not exactly my thing. I'm talking about adding some ambiance to the SL playthrough, increasing the level of immersion, that kind of thing. If anything, I'd like to have NPCs to be the center of attention here, not the character. We have quite enough mods that make stuff happen to the player already.

SL Defeat has NPC/NPC feature. I use the mods above and there's a lot of violent rape all over.

 

You're not going to get exactly what you want unless you make such a mod yourself. What I'm presenting is the best you can get with what's available.

Thats why I put it as [Request] - Mod Idea 😅

I know theres no exact mod like that, thats why I'm posting it here in hopes somebody might want to implement it.
