Looking for a item spawner mod

Hello! I am looking for a mod that makes you able to spawn items into your inventory, instead of console commanding them in. I Know I've used 

one mod like this for FO4 a couple years ago, but I can not for the life of me remember the name of it. 
Skyrim has a couple called Item Spawner or something like that, but I can't seem to find the ones for FO. Please help

Another very good option is the Screen Archer Menu. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/66047 It is a very migthy tool and let's you do way more than spawning items.

Modded items or vanilla? If it's vanilla items then cheat terminal might work for you. Whatever you spawn goes straight to your inventory.
