Looking for an Old Map Mod I Used to Use

Hi there.

 

I can't recall if I ever used it in Skyrim SE or just Oldrim, but I remember having a mod that would allow me to rotate the full 360° while in the map, completely unlocking the restraints; I might have been able to zoom really close as well but I don't remember if that was functionality added by this unknown mod or not.

 

I don't suppose anyone has any idea what this mod was called?
