[SE/AE] Looking for a simple survival mod

I m looking for a Survival Mod or a mod that hooks into/changes the AE Survival mode.
The mod should not be overcomplicated and be compatible with Kinky Gameplay (Bleedout triggers like SL Defeat or my Naked Defeat). 
It should be configureable in a way that I can only kind of differentiate of the character is naked or partially naked, I dont care much for carfting, cloaks, fur and other shenaninags. 

TLDR: I m looking for a  simple survival style mod that punishes the PC to the death for running around naked in wet and cold environments or swimming in cold water. Ideally compatible with Skyrim Seasons.  IDEALLY also makes me eat and drink to not starve to death. 

Note 1:
due to Naked Defeat and my play settings it can happen that I run around naked AND without any inventory items. 
so a mod that only works when item A or B is in inventory will most likely not work. 

 

I'm on AE 1.6.1170.

Note 2: 
I know SL Survival exists but I only used 2-3 features of it and I dont know in which state the mod is now without active development.

How about Survival Mode Improved? I don't think it doesn't do everything you want (like increased coldness when swimming), but it does overwrite AE Survival Mode and sufficiently punishes nudeness since it uses the warmth rating.

Sunhelm is the most widely adopted and most compatible survival mod to my knowledge. Its also the one I've picked up for every one of my Skyrim builds due to its complete customizability and simplicity. Sunhelm is not attached to Survival mode but it says in the description it uses some of the same features from it.
