Heya! Bleach RoS just came out for PC and I'm surprised there's not a thread on it yet. Wondering if it's possible to even mod, seeing as how it's ran on EAC, but in the case it is, here's the start of a posting for it!

Won't be possible for the same reason Mecha Break won't be possible bc the EAC is kernal level on both this and Mecha Break.

What example is this?
Mecha Break is a full online game, Bleach you can also run without EAC if it prevents you from running it with mods.

I read that if you dont run the game with admin rights, EAC doesnt work.

I am able to use Cheat Engine offline too!

go look on the steam page it says EAC is kernal level which the steam page for Mecha Break says the same thing for it's EAC

A game having EAC, or any other kernel level anti-cheat, does not mean that it's not moddable.

I think it's hilarious they thought this game needed kernel level anti cheat. Even real fighting games don't have that.

You missed the point of what I meant. The issue isn’t whether it’s the same EAC or not, but the fact that you can’t play Mecha Break without being connected to their servers. On the other hand, you can still launch Bleach without EAC and use all the mods you want, both in the story mode and in offline Versus mode.

And EAC is not here , you just need to go in Install Folder and make a shortcut on the Main Exe and EAC is not activated !

Mods are definitely possible, and judging from the character select, it might already even be possible to add additional character slots at that too. Early days still so right now all I've seen is people porting outfits from the games files/story to other character/costume slots, as well as some boss enemies, and even a leaked DLC character who is largely completed in terms of design within the game files, just missing effects/VA and such.

If anything I just imagine modding will mean you won't be able to play online due to EAC, but that's about it really.
