Broken Bartender in Strip Club

When I start a strip club one of the dancers becomes a bartender then after several nights they just stop bartending and I can't anyone to do it.

I managed a work around when I use the Directed Sex command to have the bartender have sex on the bar and once they are done, they will go back to bartending. But it is inefficientto say the least.

Found the problem:

 

If you give the townies the Insatiably Lustful Trait, they are too preocupied with their horniness to do much of anything else. That includes your bartender if you gave them the trait. It also tends to decrease guests trips to the bar as well, which leads to a loss of revenue.
