Constant Stamina loss and thick thighs

The title may be a little misleading, but I spent the afternoon setting up a new game in Skyrim. I used "Alternate Start" to get everything ready and found my desired settings in the MCM. After getting my outftis, I broke out of the cave and after being out for a while, my character started losing stamina without restoring it. It's supposed to be the Bikini Curse, but I haven't found a setting, other than the one in "Sl Survival", that activates it. 

 

Also, my Cleses Mercy CBBE outfit has suddenly gained some weight. Even after resetting the hormones and disabling the jiggle setting in Survival, the thighs are still bigger, even after using a previous save file...
