Best sex mods for TS3 and maybe TS2? And a question about Vile Ventures

Hello, so, I'm a long-time player of The Sims, and I've played almost every iteration of it. 

I remember that back in the day there were sex mods for TS2 and 3, however they weren't very sophisticated.

I know that now there a few more options, such as Kinky World, however I had issues with it, like errors and crashes. It also seems to cause lag.

Is there a mod that works relatively well and has good animations?

I looked at some posts on here but was still left confused.

 

And if someone knows of a decent one for TS2, I would like to know about that too, please.

(I know this forum is for TS3)

 

Another thing: can you disable or enable features from Vile Ventures?
