It's one of the poses in Photo Mode. It eliminates that "whatever it is" so you can take a picture. We need a mod to remove it from the game.

Instructions:

If you are using this mod alone, then backup your Motor/root.rdb and Motor/root.rdx files, then copy my files in.  If you would like to use more than one mod (who doesn't??), please use my mod install system! A .yumiamod.json file is included, see instructions here on how to install mods and combine mods.

 

Notes:

This mod will destroy her other equippable DLC clothes, because I had to replace the skin texture - when you want to use other costumes then please temporarily remove the mod.  I have not found a way to add new textures.  Also, I really wanted to keep her hair ornaments, gloves and belt; I spent hours trying but every attempt to add new meshes resulted in the game crashing.  So I had to use those slots for the body itself.  If anyone successfully adds new meshes and can explain what I am doing wrong, I can update this mod.

I changed the base 0.vb to 32.vb, merged 36.vb to 35.vb, cut the 1.vb belt and output as 36.vb, it looks like the image.
If I try to add 37.vb or 38.vb, it crashes the same way.

 

It may be possible to put the new mesh in the .vb of the removed mesh.

I wish I had time to learn this but I'll stay consuming for the time being. If we can figure out how to add custom shaders in the game files I have some ideas but it would be a first for both this engine and d3d12 so probably not happening

I dont even know how to remove them individually. My plan was to restore original motor folder and add again all mods

is there any mod loader like reload ii or 3dmigoto that'll load in the mods for me without the extra work for this game? I don't understand that whole thing about the fdata, json, and texture files. I'm a dumb dumb when it comes to that sort of thing.

Thats 5 simple steps. Only do what they say and you have youre goal. That has nothing to do with dumb. Just do what it says. If you've done it once, you'll realize how simple it is. Give it a shot   You can do it!

a custom loser would need to be rewritten. The person who did the dynasty warriors origin loader is a KT expert and takes commissions, so if someone wants to spend the money, we could have a loader!

I send my biggest thanks to the game author, tool author and mod author.

Yumia's jacket and skirt were shortened.
The shorts are plain and tasteless, so I added color.

Dont paste the root.rdb and root.rdx files in it. (if you already using some mods) Could be the case?

I can confirm that the mod is working fine.

Look at the great tutorial form @amorrow28  how to combine multiple mods. ❤️

0. Leave the root.rdb and root.rdx files as their original files.

1. Insert the 0xoooooooo.fdata file, 0xoooooooo.yumiamod.json file, and the yumia_mod_insert_into_rdb.exe file into the {Steam Folder}/Atelier Yumia/Motor folder

2. Run yumia_mod_insert_into_rdb.exe.

Yes, unfortunately.  The names are stored in root.rdb.name (0xADD53B4B.name), which is stored inside 0x012fe7c9.fdata.  Unfortunately, the final version of the game is missing 0x012fe7c9.fdata - it has been deleted.  Interestingly, it is still referenced inside root.rdb and root.rdx, even though it has been removed.
