Combination and minor revision of mods Bobblehead Statues and Vault Girl Bobble Heads.
In settlements you can build 20 statues of remade bobbleheads, which add happiness. New statues are unlocked as you find bobbleheads.
The mod is localized, originals are not required..

I recognize the art style from a Pip Boy icon mod I have installed, do you know the artist, or if you know the mod I'm referring to, do you remember what it was called? I forgot what the Pip Boy icon mod was called and I would like to find it again, to see if any updates have been made to it, since I downloaded it in 2023 or earlier.
