Does any on here play fighting games?

Hello, I don't often post here much just lurk but I was wondering if there anyone here who plays fighting games and more importantly knows where find good resources. I mainly play Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising though I play other fighters like Blazblue, Guilty gear (Xrd not much strive), Street fighter, and rarely Undernight mostly 2D fighters. I tried going dustloop but unless you play more classic games there isn't much information on basic combos for characters and I don't know any youtubers or other sites and has more knowledge. If anyone does know place I can find mainly GBVSR resources I'd appreciate a point to right direction, or even a discussion here would be cool as well.

Also sorry if this is the wrong sport, I'm not good at navigating this Forum.

The only fighting game I play is Heroine Rumble 2 😅 with LL mods 👍

Jade Empire is a damned fine fighting game.   It lets you kick puppies.

It's better on PC with mods.  Well, as long as you remember to restart to reset the uptime counter to fix BioWare's engine stutter.

Back in the day I played Mortal Kombat, Tekken and Virtua Fighter.  I still play the old-school MK on RetroArch, on occasion.

I haven't played much of those three, played a bit of MK9 and T7, but I'm looking forward to the new Virtua Fighter game

I've heard some people do mod the more recent games from the Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter series'.

Yeah I got few in SF6 but I mostly play the game on semi-competitive level. Might remove them one day when I'm not lazy

I mostly do Mortal Kombat (VS DC Universe, 10 and 11) and Injustice 2, but not on PC. I have the Cobra Kai one on PC though.

 

Oh, and I got big into MUGEN recently. Not enough animations sadly. Or versions of the characters that worked how I wanted. Or characters. And I couldn't understand the controls much. But it was fun. Think I still have it installed.

I don't know if you would call it a fighting game but I remember playing a modded Super Smash Bros on the Nintendo 64 a few months ago. Apparently many people don't think it is a real fighting game despite the fact that there is fighting in the game.🤷‍♀️
