Does it have to be an actual game onto itself? If you're open to modding, I think Skyrim's Sexlab Defeat while sneaking can sort of do the job.

i think theres a steam game that sorta does it from the description i read, but its gay/futa and furry if thats your thing, called churn vector saw it on a funny shit list and its actually there.
