Teen override for SimsHub?

I have the WickedWhims Inappropriate Unlock running, so some of my teen Sims are showing up in the rolling comments for SimsHub, but is there a mod that allows teens to make an account to start uploading content?

You can enable creating accounts for playable teens in the Wicked Settings.

Do you know which Settings menu it's in? This is all I'm seeing

you should turn on checkbox "teen adult relationship" then the SimHub for teens will work
