breasts shrinking whenever sims strip

Ever since the last update, whenever my female sims strip through Naturism or for sex, their breasts shrink, almost as if they are being put to a male frame. I go to CAS to fix the issue and it takes multiple changes to get the breasts back, usually through taking clothes on and off and changing their bodies a couple times and undoing to go back. I can't figure out the cause or how to stop this.

Here are screenshots of what the breasts look like before and after I fix them. Even after I come out of CAS though they go back to being flattened.

It seems that the latest game update messed up body sliders and they seem to randomly change during gameplay.

This might need to be fixed by the devs themselves.
