ONLY use this version of cobw if your PFA is a version 4.0 or under. everything is separate with this older version - you would need VoicePackMain, and Paf and all its req's. Its highly recommended to just use the latest versions of both Pfa and COBW which are the AIO versions and Pee and Fart.esp is obsolete! But if updating from a non AIO version to the AIO, then a New game or clean save would be required. I started my game with pfa 4.1.8 which I have always updated and I have not used an earlier version, for cobw I started with 4.2.0 AIO. I have all the prerequisites racemenu etc... I just have the cobw effect patch which does not work. I spent a lot of time in my game just to play with this mod that's why I wouldn't want to create a new game. After even if I create a new game the patch is still not detecting which I can't understand. Sorry to bother you with this

Sorry to bother you with this So you are saying mo2 is complaining about missing Masters ? if it was missing a masterfile I doubt the game would even load- it would cdt on the splash screen. I personally use vortex, and the effects patch does not require pee and fart.esp, Nothing in the effects patch uses nor references anything from pee and fart. It just fills cobw's formslist with some default wings and horns. The effect patch does require: 1.Animated Wings Ultimate.esp 2. Curses of a BloodWhore.esp 3. P1FlyingRing.esp 4. Sexlab.esm 5. Skyrim.esm (obviosly) 6. TDNEquipableHorns.esp Are you using the No-Fly version of AFW ? I don't know why mo2 thinks it does. You can verify this by loading all mods up in xedit- if it was missing a masterfile - xedit wont load it. Click the effects patch left pane to see a dropdown - can click the header and on the right pane will list all its master files. if for whatever reason it lists Paf as master - then left click the effects patch on left pain and select Clean Masters - although it don't require it... verify all cobw patches you use have been updated to latest versions from downloads as some of them did have (pre aio) pee and fart as a masters I had since scrubbed them so they no longer require paf as master, but the effect patch wasn't one of them. So I don't understand why mo2 thinks it needs paf. The only thing that required paf as masters was all pre aio stuff. But from previous posts it appears your game does indeed load, but the effects are not taking, and it appears that by loading paf's esp along with pfa aio it started working - except of course it loads a second instance of paf because pfa already has paf in the mix. Me apologies ! This doesn't make sense. Their must be a logical explanation, Just nerd to see it ! if mo2 thinks it does need paf it may not be enabling the effects patch - so it it never loads. This might make some sense, except the effect patch doesn't require paf ! So why is mo2 being a little shit ? Anybody else using mo2 having this issue ? Edited July 20, 2025 by Dg75

If so, what exactly do I need to do because I don't understand how. (I use google translate to write so I can make mistakes)

I also uploaded a long overdue update to the Effects patch that has it fixed. Its my fault I forgot to do it back when aio first come out. I am really sorry for the heartache ! It may take a little time, it is not direct. For me I received the message after a while in the Soul Cairn

If you dont want to do DawnGuard you might be able to use the console to add the vampirelord spell, but you would still need to be a vampire. Bloodwhore happens when emotional threshold gets high, e.g. bloodstarved or arousal among other things might make it tick.

Uh mm your PC, I didn't mean you ! gotta be a vampire. Once the vampylord spell is learned. it should tick off arousal or becoming bloodstarved - or becoming fully fed after good meal. Not sure about Osl aroused. I believe it says on its mod page that its backwards compatible with aroused redux It would have to load SexlabAroused.esm, and have the object - Faction - sla_Arousal "SLA Arousal" [FACT:xx03FC6] this faction(object) is a property in the scripts. You could check it in xedit just to see if your cobw sees the object. 1. load xedit - Curses of a BloodWhore - it should also load all masters including a SexlabAroused.esm 2. expand cobw in the left pane, then expand cell. 3. expand Block 4/Sub Block 7/Solitude/temporary and select the StenTrigSOLRef its a "defaultOnEntrerOnLeave" trig their are 3 other trigs besides temple of divines, but each have identical scripts so can just check solitudes to see. 4. on right pane see a list of script properties - look towards the bottom and find - Sla Arousal: Object = SLA Arousal" [FACT:xx03FC36] the xx in the form Id would be relative to your load order, but the lower bite FC36 should be the same if it says Null - then its screwed ! and cobw dont see it. Also expand; SexlabAroused.esm - and expand factions - you should see a sla_Arousal "SLA Arousal" [FACT:xx03FC6] if its a different form id than xx03FC6, then let me know what is. If it doesn't see it for you(osl), maybe I can create/update a work around. But their be many different aspects of the mod that look towards arousal, like emotional threshold or a fall back for users that don't use vampire mods like BV - then only arousal is used. Mais il existe de nombreux aspects du mod qui semblent différents. vers l'excitation, comme un seuil émotionnel ou une solution de repli pour les utilisateurs qui n'utilisent pas de mods vampires comme BV - alors seule l'excitation est utilisée. Je devrais donc trouver une solution probable pour contourner le problème (le faire voir osl au lieu de redux peut être plus facile à dire qu'à faire). I did as you told me and normally it looks good (see the image) however I use better vampire and I don't know if the patch works, is it possible that this is ultimately the problem?

I dont see Curses of a BloodWhore.esp loaded nor SexlabAroused.esm. Did you test those ? BetterVampires or the COBW patch for it does Not have anything to do with obtaining Ire of a God. edit: oh I see now at the top of image the Sla Arousal property. It looks good. it should work. Can also test in game: 1. Which Shrine of Stendarr are you trying this on ? This would only work on the 4 vanilla shrines. Do you get this message ? You can also: If you find or slay a dead vigil take his/her amulet. Theirs a random chance it will be a blessed amulet. you can check COBW mcm - blessed amulets to see if its blessed or not. I dont think arousal is even checked for this, just paf state if you have a blessed amulet, drop it from inventory and paf on it. This can piss Stenny off as well. Edited August 1, 2025 by Dg75

Do you get this message ? check globals via console: in game open console and type GetGlobalValue DAG_BWRepent ; should be 0, this only gets value when curing and repenting. GetGlobalValue DAG_BWGodIre ; should be 0 if you haven't done it already, and maxes at current BloodWhore level. If its maxed it wont work. Can only do it up to level GetGlobalValue DAG_VirginCheck ; this is current BloodWhore level - probably is 1 if doing the first intro quest GetGlobalValue DAG_BWInitialize ; should be 1. the intro quest when visiting molag would have set this to 1 it will fail conditions if any of the above global variables are wrong. Thanks for the help I am Sorry you had a hard time with it. If I could figure out exactly what was causing it, I could fix it. I can only assume the conditions were a little harsh. Maybe I'll loose the arousal condition and just use paf pressure. Maybe can add alternative methods other than paffing on the shrine like stealing everything from the lockbox or something. I'm still trying to finish up Solstheim, then plan on doing the Dawnguard and becoming BloodWhore. As soon as I can I'll test it and see if I can reproduce it. Edited August 2, 2025 by Dg75
