In SE/AE make old women look younger?

In LE, I know there's a mod on the Nexus that makes old women look younger, but it hasn't been ported to SE/AE. Is there any other mod that makes the face and skin look younger for the "old" women?

Take a big bowl. Fill it to the brim with all female NPC overhauls that are available on the Nexus. Close your eyes, reach in with your hand and pick one at random.
