Prettier generic Stormcloak, Imperial, and city guards/solder women look better?

I know, there are tons of Skyrim SE/AE mods that make named NPCs prietter (Bijin, Pandorable, etc.), but is there a mod that can make those generic Stormcloak, Imperial, and city guard women look better? Specifically their faces. They still have that 2011 OG Skyrim look. Their faces look like they got smacked with the ugly stick too many times in a row. Nexus doesn't have anything that matches the keywords I used. Is there anything on LL, Nexus, or some other site that fits the bill? Or at least places a paper bag over their heads? I use CBBE 3BA, so their bodies look good. It's their faces that are ugly beyond description. 

 

Update: Botox for Skyrim is the accepted answer (until something better comes along).
