Thanks for the suggestions so far, I actually already knew about Noita and Starbound but forgot to mention them. I remember being pretty disappointed with the BG3 mod when I used it.
I'll have to look into the others, especially Fear & Hunger 2.

Fear and Hungry 2 just a little sex reskin from first game in custom level. No actual effect or anything happen to you like first game official "marrige" and rabbit party part which i don't see anyone dare put this @#$! on Youtube like marrige part youtube keep suggesting/spamming me when the sec game start to become popular. I have not play with that mod long since after I found out the first game was not actually porn game but a horror one soo If I were to get back to this series the mod better good but turn out it not. Also, I think mod little broken on me last time i played. You get to have only one try for whole game to flirt otherwise reload or start over

There some easter egg here and there but I don't know if I can intercourse with them or not

Bal....the sub marine horror game. I have people mention someone got a hold on porn mod but do not know to use it. I not own the game myself soo I dont know and dont care for flash 2D web broswer graphic if it not actual porn game setting with repop the world

I think its mostly with how putting animations in a game that was not meant to have sex is mainly difficult and hard to work around with.

But with Minecraft it seems this way. Appearently there is a few lewd mods Minecraft Bedrock has but it hasnt been released internationally and no one who speaks English will continue developing lewd mods for Minecraft java and bedrock.
