[QUERY] Question on light armour and light armour keywords functionality

What determines if a piece of apparel is considered a light armour for the purpose of light armour perks?

Is it enough to flag it as Light Armor in ARMO\BOD2\Armor Type or does it need to have ArmorLight [KYWD:0006BBD3] keyword attached as well? I am asking especially with apparel for slots other than 30, 32, 33 and 37 in mind.

Follow up question:

Does the piece of apparel need to be flagged as Light Armor in both ARMO and ARMA records? Many times I have noticed, especially with modded apparel, that a piece has a a Light Armor flag in ARMO, but Clothing flag in ARMA. Does it matter?

Last one wins, armor. Keyword is not enough, the body part protected must be mentioned.

Like gloves protect hands (armor type).

Otherwise the hit cannot be counted, like a hit head, the armor part must have the keyword plus armor helmet.

The keyword light inbAA will be used, if you use the template option.

So both a keyword and a flag are needed. Did I understand it correctly?

Yes

flag light armor

Keyword light armor

Keyword bodypart helmet

Keyword material is for hit sound and temper. Later can be overwriten by temper armor parts needed, device, like anvil.

Best practice, keep it consistent.
