I'm not great at reading these in general, but it might help if you describe what was going on when you got the exception, and if you notice any issues in playing.

 

Looking at the file, though, it's reporting that the error didn't occur within WW. In fact, I noticed it mentioned hybrids, so I did some digging here on LL. It seems the "TypeError: apply_appearance_modifiers() got an unexpected keyword argument 'should_refresh_thumbnail" issue comes up when you're using an outdated version of the "All-In-One Occult Hybrid Stabilizer" mod. Scarlet's Realm (link) says that mod's broken anyway and will cause LEs on its own, so you shouldn't be trying to use it at all.

Are all of your other mods up to date?

If not - update them, see if that alone helps.
