Dialog Option (box) not showing UP

hello I have problem with my modded skyrim, I can get NPC dialogue to open they just commenting in this case is I can't talk to Karliah she only commenting with out dialog box to open when I click to her I think I have problem with Sexlab mods Because the comment is related to sexlab mod. I don't know what mods causing this please I hope someone here know the problem because I can Advance the quest. thank you in advance!

Fix by cast spell magic spectator crow target to Karliah

Stop/Restart the quests in Spectator Crowds, or use one of the spells it comes with to remove Karliah as a spectator.
