Creation Kit master list out of order - new mod turns orange in Wrye

I'm having an unusual problem with the CK. If I select multiple masters while creating a mod, the mod will appear as orange in Wrye indicating masters are out of order.

My mod list per BOSS, Wyre and TESV:

Skyrim
Update
UOP Skyrim
Dawnguard
UOP Dawnguard
Hearthfires
UOP Hearthfires
Dargonborn
UOP Dragonborn
Orc&Elf fix4TBBP
SkyUI
Remodeled Armor - Vanilla Replacer
Remodeled Armor - Dawnguard
Remodeled Armor - Dragonborn
Remodeled Armor - Underwear
FNIS Spells
Quick Start
Character Making Extender
Enhanced Character Edit
Real Race Heights
Bash Patch

Masters as they appear in CK:

Skyrim

Update

Dragonborn

UOP Dragonborn

Hearthfires

UOP Hearthfires

UOP Skyrim

Dawnguard

..etc..

So if I build a mod using Skyrim, Update, Dragonborn and Dawnguard ESMs, Wyre will show masters out of order for the new mod.

I found another thread that stated load order could be checked in 2 documents [loadorder.txt & plugins.txt] found in AppData\Local\Skyrim. I could not find this folder on my machine. Probably a different OS; mine's Win64.

From where does the CK draw its list of mods..or..how do I re-order the list?

Reordering: Load the Plugin in TES5Edit -> Rightclick on the Plugin -> Sort Masters (and clean Masters)

The Masters List order isn't really something to care about in Skyrim. The list is only for referencing in other esm/esps and has nothing to do with the loadorder itself.

BTW: Appdata is a hidden folder

This is just one of many aspects of FO3Edit, FNVEdit, TES4Edit and TES5Edit I have never really understood well. I have read through Miax's Tome at least 20 times and it still confuses the Hell out of me, thanks for the brief on at least one of the function Groovtama. :P

Thanks. Exactly what I needed. I thought a mod in orange was a possible ctd so I didn't want to work on mine any further until I knew how to clear the problem.

I never thought of AppData being a hidden file. I figured it had to be part of the Steam/Skyrim directories. Thanks again.
