I've been having issues with all the vaginal body parts for over a year now, including V3. All the vaginal parts cause severe game lag, even when the part is assigned to only one Sim. I'm just really frustrated by it.

You would need to apply clothes that doesn't necessarily replace the Bottom of the Fullbody. Sometimes, CC creators will make sheer skirts that are slotted under the Ring or Legging category. Other than that, you would need to actually edit the see-through clothes in question in Blender by replacing the current nude bottom for that outfit with Mikooi's V3 vagina mesh.

It's an involved process, so you'll need to be or become familiar with exporting meshes with Sims 4 Studio, opening them in the appropriate Blender version, appending other meshes as needed, replacing specific parts of meshes with other object meshes, applying vertex paint appropriately, ensuring that deform weights are applied to the proper regions of the new nude bottom that is to go under the sheer clothing, ensuring that the uv_0 mapping mesh coordinates of the nude bottom don't conflict/overlap with those of the sheer clothing mesh, and ensuring that the uv_1 map is good.
