Encon4 Posted February 7, 2025 Posted February 7, 2025 (edited) there's the example that veronica will leave or turn hostile because of a certain mission Caesar asked. convince her that the legion is to strong that could overwhelm the bunker one way or another and a way to save at least some people in the bunker is to secretly insert a gas in the venting system that will knock out everyone, collar and strip clean all female and the rest will be left behind, and since the legion want proof of destruction, blow the bunker. Some legionnaires will appear to take the prisoners. Veronica despised for saving at least half the people she was conflicted with the decision and asked to be collared and accepts to be slave too, if the others female wake up and watch her uncollared she will be seen as a traitor. She will be willing to be slave as a form of punishment for what she did to the chapter even if it was to save them what she could. She will give up her power fist and pistol for a brass knuckle. Cass, i don't really recall if she has something against siding the legion but after venting her frustrations about NCR problems, convince her that the legion is efficient and she will debate a bit until she wants proof by working for a caravan in legion soil, go the cottonwood cove and talk to someone responsible with the caravans, one independent caravan will let her work after for 3 days but she has to pay a free passage proof because women can't go around without a pass after buying she goes for 3 days and after that, she will return with a legion caravan, collared with a big backpack and unarmed. She tell how it went. It went well at first no need for protection at all, no taxes, prices are fair, the legion town is very organized and well maintained order... but she was caught carrying whisky which is forbidden and the pass lost his validation because of her transgression. those 3 days weren't bad because she was at the company of rough men and she likes rough men and for the first time they made her feel weak and protected, being a slave isn't so bad, in the end they feed her and take good care of her she just have to do her duty. The courier will buy her back, But Cass will rather remain collared saying that Legion isn't so bad as NCR portraited it. Sunny, if on tryout has been enslaved no need to convince. but if she remains free, say no more, she's in. Just like that?? "Legion attacked Nipton, and maybe they will attack Primm and then here, it might happen sooner, so instead being a target, we should side them, convince doc Mitchell, easy pete and Trudy and Goodsprings will become a subject of the legion." Convincing that is better being at the legion side plus they could protect from the powder gangers, it's easy and after that go to cottonwood cove to inform that a town desires to side them. after a few days a contubernium is installed in goodspring, women will be enslaved as tribute and the men will be left alone working in the fields. the saloon will be take over and Trudy will work as a cook. Count Chocula Posted April 8, 2025 Posted April 8, 2025 Well, I suppose it's not much of a stretch to say to someone "Death or slavery?" and them saying, "OK, slavery it is."
