timmodude Posted February 5, 2025 Posted February 5, 2025 Back with another issue! When my player character or a NPC are on their back, the breasts go almost completely pancake flat. Could I have installed something wrong or missed an option somewhere?

Taki17 Posted February 8, 2025 Posted February 8, 2025 I think you should use the CBBE 3BA physics reinstaller from the mod's page and go over your settings once again. There is a lot of options there that govern how boobs deform.
