RimFlix modding help (for e621 webp files) please?

Could anyone explain to me how to convert webp files, like from e621, into the files needed for a rimflix mod? I can't figure it out and there aren't enough accessible resources online.

searching "extract frames from webm files" gave me this https://github.com/jasezovemcar/FrameEx/releases/tag/2.4

I've tried and it worked on a random webm (make sure to enable visibility for all files). I'm sure there is better tools out there, good luck!

Okay so I've managed to convert to .jpg, but can't seem to also generate .dds files, no matter what I try, in the same format as seems to apply for those in pre-existing mods. I'm not sure if rimFlix itself generates these files, as of now, though, so I'll try that out first.
