usually just set crowd density to low. but i think this is during a quest, right? So it's only happened at that moment. it'll be gone later after the scene

Reinstall/or rename mod folder... restart the game, use XXMII if posible. Worked here and fix it, always when u need install a new entity mod, restart the game

and it should hide these
tbh for me it makes the world feel more empty

It's actually the instruction given even by the original modder since there's no solution for that bug until now

All the NPC mods are broken, and there's only one solution because no one seems to be able to fix it. Reduce the number of NPCs in the settings or delete the broken NPCs.
