I've tried several mods but all of them have a similar bug

try cleaning your shaderfixes folder (if you are using xxmi use the repair function, if gimi then just get a fresh one). if that doesnt help go trough your mods by process of elimination, like disabling half of them and so on.

that mod mods the npc as well. so theres another ini which applies orfix wrong.

also put the orfix call back where it belongs otherwise you will have the bugged burst animation outline and reflection.

edit: idk why my second thought was that the burst wouldnt be buggy without orfix.

uncommented the ORFix command

[CommandListFurinaPonytailHead]
if $swapvar == 0
   ib = ResourceFurinaPonytailHeadIB.0
   ps-t0 = ResourceFurinaPonytailHeadDiffuse.0
   ps-t1 = ResourceFurinaPonytailHeadLightMap.0
;run = CommandList\global\ORFix\ORFix

Then I assume I must turn them on in the main .INI everywhere again, besides those that were making the clothes green, right?

yes. for furina put it back to the head and body part but not to the dress part
