I spent a few days finding and compiling skimpy / half-nude mods for adult female NPCs, kinda satisfied with it, thought I should share the result.
The female NPCs will use some of these 13 outfits (ranging from 1 to 5), will random outfit again after you teleport and 600s has passed (won't use the same outfit as the last time if they have 2 or more outfits). You can change the random interval by editing the .ini, search for 600 and replace it with your desired time.

The NPC bug could be fixed if you know how XD without having to set the value to low. I've already removed some of the defective NPCs where possible. But only if you did the separate procedure.

 

There are only a few variants that don't work except setting it to low.

So either someone fixes the faulty NPCs or simply removes them. The low setting doesn't really help because the errors remain with the broken NPCs.

 

 

That means if you have an event and this NPC is included, the bug will remain no matter what you set.

 

You just have to remove the guards from everyone, they usually cause the problems.
