You can manually fix it by good old hash dumping to get all of the current hashes for whatever model is broken. Also, make sure crowd density is set to low. The only NPC mod I've found that works at high density is the attached one, but I have no clue what magic they did. NPC no stockings (Density Fix).zip 1
