Looks like you might need ORFix. Get it from here: https://github.com/leotorrez/LeoTools/blob/main/releases/ORFix.ini and put it in 3Dmigoto/Mods/BufferValues folder.

You're right. But I want to point out that, depending on the mod, you may still have to rename the Normal Map.
