If TexFX/ORFix is fully updated, then the issue might simply be that you're on the older GIMI and it doesn't have enough capacity for the mod. The XXMI GIMI version has like 3x or 4x the vertex? limit compared to older GIMI. I can't remember exactly what is increased, but I do remember the limit was 3-4x to allow for bigger mods.

nope, unless you have the blender file and teh effort to mod them+ they still use the male character anims so they just look thuggish
