In Paint.NET I use standard brush with 100% hardness and width depends on the scale of the texture, usually between 2 and 10 pixels. The tablet has sensitivity to pressure so width of the trace varies depending how hard you press the pen.

BTW did you manage to do that to Hazeker's Citlali? I want to make her bush (black) but I can't see the normal skin on the .dss

Did you try inverting alpha channel? Re-invert it back to how it was before saving.

I tried, but it just turn green.

Edit: Nevermind, it turns out I missed one .dds file, thanks for pointing it out.
