Adjust the "run = CommandList\int_opacity\0.120" 120 from 0 to 255 to change transparency. You can also change the transparency to the TexFX one. SHould look a bit better. While I don't doubt that Texfx itself isn't broken, the clothing is supposed to be partially transparent, and I'm not sure how to fix it.
