If not then check what mod is causing the issue.

If not then just use ALT F4 to exit, I always use that.

Does it still do it if you ALT TAB to desktop and then right click - close window ?

I've actually never used the Exit to desktop function and just tried to check if mine also freezes lol but it was working properly.

There's a menu icon right of the start game button on the launcher, Have you tried the repair function from there ?

Have you tried right click, properties, compatibility and run in compatibility mode for windows 7 ???

Have you tried the Genshin settings from the nutbolt icon in the launcher, general, exit launcher when close window ???

One of those has to work, and if you have fast internet (over 50Mbps) just uninstall and download the game again.

Are you running your graphics card Undervolted ? have you tried the default profile ? Maybe that moment when it goes from high usage to low usage the voltage drops too much and it crashes.

Have you tried to Ctrl + Shift + Win + B to reset the graphic drivers before closing the game? 

One of those has to work.

ok i found the issue, its UI mod thats causing the problem, now i just got to figure out which one it its thx for the help

Hey guys i searched but only found a limited version
Somemone have the Snaccubus Mizuki Apron full Mod ??? Think its the Patreon Version

The version i have the slider for breast and butt are locked

anyone got these mods archived? (i had the dori mod and shenhe mod but i accidentally deleted them and lost them sucks that the old thread isnt available anymore many good mods were lost)

Does anyone have problem using mods from weebovz where the mod customization resets everytime you login? It happens to all my mods (Mizuki, Varesa, Citlali)

try to press f10 after you configured your customization it should save it next time u use it

I just tried it, still doesn't work. I just realized when I pressed f10 the mod just resets to the way when I started the game. Do you know how to fix this? Thx

Does anyone have furniture mods like this for the sereniteapot? A lot of the ones I found are for inside the house but there aren't many outside. The only other one i found was with keqing
