Male Pregnancy Troubleshooting

Having trouble getting the male pregnancy settings to work right. Using WW v183a. Been trying to make it work with other mods ideally but even when only using WW its not working right. Other mods are the RPO collection, MCCC, better exceptions. Everything up to date.

I have it enabled for males to get pregnant from anal with other males but I have yet to see that work on its own, even with boosted fertility.

I've enabled both can get pregnant and can impregnate in the individual sim's tuner settings.

In both cases, I've tried simply pregnancy and with menstrual cycle, fertility is boosted globally and on the individual sims, I've gone through the settings again and again and can't find anything that would prevent this from working. Pregnancy should basically be guaranteed from having sex once but it says my test sim has had sex 71 times and hasnt gotten pregnant from it.

WITH the other mods installed, they get pregnant instantly from regular woohoo and TFB but not sex. I kinda got it to work once but still not quite right. With just WW and MCCC, after sex my sim was displaying the potential pregnancy signs of baby related thought bubbles and occasional nauseous animation. Checking in MCCC shows he was not pregnant, but if he he takes a pregnancy test he became pregnant, if I instead wait for 1st trimester to pop up on its own it never does and the potential pregnancy signs go away after a day or two. After that I tried with just WW again and after sex he does the potential pregnancy signs but theres no option for pregnancy test and 1st trimester never pops up. Now I cant even get the pregnancy test options to show up again after sex so I guess I broke something further.

After that Im at a loss for what else to try to make it work and probably need a new save to continue testing. Save attached.

I don't know if you ever got this working, but it's the same for me. I have the option turned on, but if you check the pregnancy information for the male sim (not homeless), it'll say "can get pregnant: false" The only way I can get it to work is to use the intersex mod.

Check to make sure the male settings in CAS are set to 'Get Pregnant' rather than 'Get Others Pregnant', for your male sim.

MC Pregnancy settings need to match WW Pregnancy settings.

I'd use simple pregnancy without periods or birth control on WW.

Make sure your 'chance for pregnancy' is set to 100 for both players AND npcs.

(Other pregnancy mods, and possibly others, can also prevent conception).

Keep in mind in public venues other npcs will get other sims pregnant too.

I only enable WW pregnancy on home lots or with WW autonomy disabled to prevent a population explosion.

Then disable WW pregnancy after the deed is done.

I can manually change the settings in CAS, it will work if I do that. But I'd have to do that for every single sim, and that's not what I'm looking for. I thought the setting in WWs would be global?

Changing the settings to simple pregnancy doesn't work, looking at the sims pregnancy information it says says "can get pregnant: false." I don't get any notification of pregnancy potential, either.

That's the way it was intended I believe because you'd only play one household at a time and when you create a new male sim you set the pregnancy defaults when setting them up.

WW can't, or won't, override the games CAS settings for pregnancy.

I'm guessing Turbo could probably do it but doesn't think it's needed.

And yes the WW pregnancy settings are global.

Imagine playing the game without any mods and you'll understand better.

The game itself doesn't have any global pregnancy settings or global gender settings.

Everything is random.
