I contacted Jmedia, and they were nice enough to reply to me fairly quickly, the issue is I needed the nude scarlet mod ( which I unfortunately did not grab before it was removed by Nexus ) So unfortunately its useless to me for now, unless someone is willing to share the nude scarlet Mod. But based on some of the comments here, it seems there is some controversy around it I guess. I don't know.

Irastris mod is great. Has full nude, partial clothes, then partial clothes with the arm guard. So plenty of options for your preference!

To be fair, that mod came out almost 2 years from the release of ff7 remake. Gotta give it time. I know that the creator for that mod has recently gotten the tools for MH wilds and is gathering the tools for ff7 rebirth so we will be seeing those in the future for sure. Patience padawan.
