Like say it gets "set" to a spot. Say in the middle of a camp. And then it has a set range, could be as little as 5 meters or as much as 500m depending on the circumstances. beyomd which it starts triggering. Perhaps mildly at first and in longer intervals and then a bit more and more until she pushes it too much past the border it could tase her to immobility to be collected up. This is much safer than the minal warning head blown off scenarios otherwise so common and gives her plenty of opportuity for course correction. This makes much more sense to me than murdering people w/ little or no warning via the collar. This would be super useful for raiders to hold someone at their camp, or for brothels to keep the "staff" from "leaving". In Commonwealth slavers there was a fucntion where the PC would be killed if falling too far behind the (jogging no less) slavemaster. Which demonstrates such a function can ne made to work. (though killing any girl that cannot keep up with a quickly walking adult male seems to also ask for greatly reduced staffs IMHO) Edited January 21, 2025 by katrina.balanchuk

If this was all a real place. If there was a mod that would be even better. I can very much imagine somehting like that being part of a brothel mod or something. I'm beginning to suspect you have a more serious underlying problem than I care to know about. I'll summarize a list of what I found you saying. That my mod forces the character to have tattoos (it's a soft req). That my mod forces the character to be scalped (it's optional). That NR forces you to use exaggerated bodies (the mod depends on bodyslide). That it made no sense for raiders to mistreat girls (now we judge books by their covers). That only a psychopath would use amputation (at this point I directly suspect you don't know Fallout). You asked for a “remake” of “SlaveRun” for Fallout, and when it was pointed out to you that my mod is that, you said you didn't like it because there were tattoos, scalping and amputations.... I was just trying to have a conversation with people about a DLC clothing item that is relevant to this community. I did not make this post to denigrate you in any way It was just an example of a shock collar being applied successfully as a "location tie while moving" and that example was from CS, so we know it can be done. This was the only example I am aware of moving "tie" for a shock collar to a captive.. It was a positive note, since I remebr it from your mod. In this particular example I added real world it might not have worked out so well if the subjects fell behind and i said so, which would kill them, but it was still a demonstration of that the principle can work. I dont obessess about you, or your work in any way, postive or negative. I belive have not played CS in a couple of years. I had a lot of positive comment about it back then especially about the early part. I tried to start NR again recently but the eyebot did not show up for me. But when I post in the NR thread that the eyebot did not show up for me, that is not an attack on you your mod , but simply reporting a bug, perhaps others had that issue and know just how to solve it? You are one of the most successful and well respected modders on here and I am grateful for all you do and have give your posts thumbsup often. And of course your body of work looms large on here, so when discussing examples of mods features, your work often provides those examples. But what is the point in creating these alternate realities, if we can never talk about them lest we risk offending an author? Some of the points you mention above I noticed and did not enjoy, when I started playing that mod a couple of years ago when I just started out in FO4 my first computer game in nearly 20 years. I did not know about all the toggles to turn things off. it was not a "lie" but just posted what I noticed. I still still think the hair shearing and tatooing make no sense, but everyone has things that entertain them and if you make the mod you can do as you wish. But should I not be allowed to say it is unimmersive to me and why? Isnt that part of the review process? and the only way we as a group influence the products that come out? Werent such remakrs the reaosn you made it a toggle (which I then foudn and used). As for the bodies being off, one of the clothing depedencies unlike all others never properly builds on BS for me so the outcome was gulag camp survivor. That has nothign to do with your mod, its just that the mandarty clothing caused issues for me, If I go barefoot it was alleviated I think. Still have not solved that particular clothing file not building , all others even from same author do. No, I have never played Slaverun or Skyrim, but people here have described it and based on those description I thought it sounded interesting ? Is that bad thing to write? In any event, it is clear I unintentionally made you feel harrassed. I will take great care from now on to look at my comments to see if they can be construed as anything negative towards your mods and then not make comment any towards your mods at all. So next time I look for examples of what worked, and what did not work, I will try to find examples from elsewhere. In any event your post makes clear that I caused you some anger and that is always bad. I promise I will no longer comment on your mods, mention their fetaures in a positive or critical way in the future and I hope that satisfies you. Also I very sincerely wish you the very best and hope that this will not be a distractor to you in any way, because you create some wonderful and powerful moments for many people with your work.
