Enginese Fixes.dll: couldnt load plugin (0000007E) Edited January 18, 2025 by rexcleon
traison Posted January 18, 2025 Posted January 18, 2025 Look up the error code in the official Windows documentation. Quote ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND 126 (0x7E) The specified module could not be found. This could suggest the dll is trying to use another module which is not loaded. You're missing a dependency.
A_guy_with_the_plan Posted January 18, 2025 Posted January 18, 2025 you have a mod that isnt up-to-date or doesnt work with SSE. and if im not mistake 0000000(7E) is the mod in your load order also are you loading skyrim from steam or skse?
Lyreal Posted January 18, 2025 Posted January 18, 2025 Open Nexus mods and make sure you have installed all parts of Engine Fixes correctly.

I play directly from the skse64_steam_loader.dll from the document and from vortex i was just checking youre loading the game via skse if you still havent fixed it start loading the game with fewer mods till you find which mod is broken. when you find the broken mod check its requirements and make sure you have everything needed to make it work. if you have hundreds or mods this may take awhile. also you can just start the game without caring about the broken DLL but any other mods DLL below that mod wont load ethier which can making other mods break or act strangely
