Newbie question : where can I dowload a working schlong ?

The first thing I need I guess is a schlong in working condition but the SOS mod available here seems to be outdated and no longer supported. Can someone tell me what to downlod and install (with Vortex) ? Thank you in advance my fellow players. Sorry ... it looks like I enter this message twice

Assuming that you're speaking of Skyrim, and just have downloaded the game, in which case you're on AE v1.6.1170

SOS - has the body builder body type, and a variety of addons by TRX and others for different shapes and styles of schlong. It also adds in a specialized vendor in Riverwood for enhancing potions. 

If you use the bodybuilder type, then you'll probably need to run Bodyslide to rebuild armor and clothes and devious devices.

Skyrim SE mods (built around skyrim verion 1.5.97) may still work. Not updated can mean stable, provided the mod doesn't have dependencies on SKSE and scripting. For SOS, this means the core of the mod (schlong, body, shop, menu) is stable, and it's just an issue of getting the right scripts compatible with the version of Skyrim.

general advice - 

 

get USSEP and Alternate Start - live another life working. As you add mods that add scripting (ie sexlab) then start a new game and check stuff works. The alternate start mod allows you to skip the Helgen intro, and go to a safe/quiet location to check that the mods are installed and working.

 

Inside your steamapps/steamlibrary folder, set appmanifest_489830.acf to read only. This will block automatic steam updates, as there is the issue that anything that uses scripts (SKSE, and hence addresslibrary, papryus, sexlab) will fail if Skyrim updates.

 

You'll probably need a body update and skins. Try CBBE for women, and SoS or Himbo for men, and then add in some choice of Skysight/Moxie skin choices.

It's labelled SE, but is now tracking AE (skyrim version 1.6.1170), which is the default download from Steam. Again, set appmanifest_489830.acf to read only to prevent a world of frustration.

take a look at the subsections, and start small ( a nude body, SexLab, SexLab animation loader, SexLab Eager NPCs, and an animation pack using FNIS).

SexLab Eager NPCs adds a hotkey to trigger a solo animation. FNIS may be old but is stable.

If you load in an animation pack that doesn't work with Skyrim AE, then FNIS will put out an error message.

If you get into the game and start t-posing, or can't trigger the solo animation, then people on this site can help. 

 

I'd suggest that you skip the dyndolod unless you're an expert modder,
