Looking for a simple time pass mod.

I was hoping to add just a smidgen of realism to my game by having to wait when buying furnishings for a home. For example, let's say I buy Breezehome and want to add a bedroom. Is there a mod (or a setting/script I can make) to make it take time for the furnishings to be in place? Like it would take 2/3 hours for example to have the bed and stuff delivered?

not sure it will help you but it might if you look under the hood.
