some mods are not working like they're supposed to

So when my sims takes her top off her nipples doesn't look real and the NRaas Decensor doesn't really Decensor what i mean my sims still  have her clothes on when she goes to the bathroom to use the toilet and also you know how when you get kinkyworld and once you enable it it will load up and then when you click on your sim your their spouse it will ask to select 3 things your sim is attracted to like butt bust or curves well it didn't show up for me and I don't know why I also want to know if you enable summer vacation in the kinkyworld setting click on global Setting and go into High school click on summer vacation and it says true shouldn't your sims kids not go to school

For nipples, you need a skin that has nipples included in the skin. The default skins have no coloration there.

 

For Nraas Decensor, you have to configure it. By default, it doesn't remove the blur. Click on Town Hall > Nraas > Decensor..., and that will give you the option to choose what gets shown and what doesn't.
